Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of MeetVoice software (Chrome extension and desktop application) and the meetvoice.app website, operated by Oleksii Herasymchuk, Ukraine.

By downloading, installing, or using MeetVoice, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

MeetVoice is licensed, not sold. Subject to payment of applicable fees:

• Trial: 30 minutes of use per device, no payment and no API key required — speech recognition is included.
• Subscription plans: Starter (€9/month or €86/year — 5 hours of translation per month), Pro (€29/month or €278/year — 20 hours per month), Business (€79/month or €854/year — 80 hours per month). Translation hours are metered as wall-clock speech-recognition time. Voiceover is included in every plan. The translation quota belongs to the license and resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC) — it is not tied to your purchase date. The number of devices is not limited.
• Quota exhaustion: when the monthly translation hours are used up, translation pauses until the next calendar month. You can upgrade your plan, or connect your own Deepgram API key to continue without the built-in quota.
• Licenses purchased before version 2.0: nothing changes for you — your license keeps working as before with your own Deepgram key, unlimited and direct. If you remove your key and switch to the built-in speech recognition, the Pro-plan monthly quota applies.

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the software except as expressly permitted by law.

Subscriptions are purchased through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Plans renew automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until cancelled; you can cancel at any time via the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Payment, invoicing, tax, refunds, EU withdrawal rights, and chargebacks are governed by the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms (including rules for digital services delivered immediately).

We do not store your card details on meetvoice.app.

MeetVoice works without any API keys — speech recognition is included in the trial and in every plan. You may optionally connect your own Deepgram API key (for privacy, or to work outside the monthly quota). Your key is stored locally on your device; you are responsible for compliance with the provider's terms and for any charges they bill to your account.

You agree not to misuse MeetVoice, attempt to bypass license checks or usage quotas, or share one license beyond reasonable personal or team use. Do not use the software in violation of applicable law or Google Meet's terms. The software is provided for lawful communication assistance, not for guaranteed transcription accuracy in regulated or safety-critical contexts.

MeetVoice, including the built-in speech-recognition service, is provided "as is" on a best-effort basis, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation and without an uptime guarantee. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amounts you paid for MeetVoice in the twelve months before the claim (or €9 — the price of one month of the Starter plan — if you used only the trial).

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Website analytics and ads use cookies only with your consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
